This small batch Rose is a unique blend of Grenache and Barbera. Partially fermented in french oak to give a subtle savoury complexity.
Generous palate with purity of fruit, new season strawberries, citrus and grapefruit with subtle biscotti and pistachio. Good balanced acidity, rich and round palate with good persistence and a mild savoury dry finish.
PLEASE NOTE: Wine can only be purchased if the flower value is higher than the bottle value. Also note that if the recipient is not home on delivery we cannot leave alcohol therefore a second delivery fee may be required for us to return at an organised time
